"I took the bus to the Long Beach Grand Pre! I have never been there, so I was really excited! I was asking my mom about who is in the race. She said a lot of boys. Then she told me a girl is in the race! I said "What? A girl?! I thought it was all boys!" Mom told me girls could do anything boys could do. I saw the race and could not believe how fast Danica Patrick was going! I learned that day that I could do anything with some hard work and courage."
